Spiderman Games for Kids

Plan a variety of Spiderman games for your child to play with a group of his friends or at his next birthday party. Use your imagination and a few supplies to create web-slinging games your child and his friends will enjoy. Awarding Spiderman-themed prizes, such as pencils and toys, to all game-winners will have the children waiting anxiously for the next activity.
  1. Web Walk

    • Cut several large circles out of poster board and draw a spider web on each circle. Scatter the spider webs all over the floor, one less web than you have players. Play the Spiderman theme song and tell the children to pretend to be Spiderman while walking around the webs. When the music stops, the children must stand on a spider web. The child not standing on a spider web is out of the game. Remove a spider web and keep playing. The last player standing on a spider web wins the game.

    How Many Spiders?

    • Fill a clear jar with plastic spiders and count each one. Have each child guess how many spiders are in the jar. After everyone guesses, reveal the answer and the child who guessed closest to the correct number wins a prize. For added decoration, spray paint some of the spiders red and blue before putting them in the jar to match Spiderman's colors.

    Pass the Spiderman Plush

    • Purchase a large Spiderman plush toy and have the children sit in a circle. Hand one child the plush and play the Spiderman theme song. While the music plays, the children must pass Spiderman around the circle. The child holding the Spiderman plush when the music stops is out of the game. The last player standing wins the Spiderman plush toy to take home.

    Pin Spiderman on the Web

    • Draw a spider web on large poster board and print several pictures of Spiderman. Hang the poster on the wall. Write each child's name on a Spiderman and place double-sided tape on the back. Blindfold each child and spin him three times. Tell him to try to pin the Spiderman in the middle of the web. The child who pins Spiderman closest to the middle of the web wins the game.

    Spiderman Hunt

    • Hide several plastic spiders and a few small Spiderman toys all over the play area. Give each child a Spiderman party favor bag and tell her to find as many items as possible. The child who finds the most spiders and Spiderman toys wins the game, and a prize. The other children can keep any spiders or toys they found to take home.
