How to Speak Spanish on DS

Purchase a copy of "My Spanish Coach" at the level appropriate for your comprehension of Spanish. "My Spanish Coach" is offered in two levels, "Learn to Speak" and "Improve Your Spanish." Each game offers its own set of difficulty levels, so take that into account when choosing the most appropriate game.

Load and open your copy of "My Spanish Coach" on your Nintendo DS.

Select a level of difficulty that is most appropriate for your comprehension of Spanish. Choose the lowest level if you are unsure of your language abilities and don't know where to start.

Select one of the mini games that tests pronunciation. Read all of the instruction thoroughly before beginning the game to make sure you know what is required of you.

Speak directly into the embedded Nintendo DS microphone to check your pronunciation and diction. Say each word provided clearly, and with appropriate accents. Go back and listen to the word as pronounced by native speakers if you have trouble getting a high score.
