Scary Beauty Contest

• To hold a scary beauty contest, either ask the guests to bring makeup from home, or have a large supply of makeup on hand from the clearance aisle at the supermarket. Set a short timer, and tell each girl to begin applying her own makeup. The twist is, the girls are not allowed to look in a mirror while they "beautify" themselves. When the time is up, put on some techno-pop music and hold a runway walk-off. You can award the winning price to the girl who did the best--or worst--job of applying her makeup.

Idol Songwriter

• Tell all of the girls sit in a circle, and have one of them make up a song title. The title of the song should be silly to make the game more interesting. The girl to her left must then stand in the middle of the circle, create and perform a song that goes with the title. This process continues until each girl has thought of a song title and "written" a song. After everyone is finished, have the group vote on the best combination of song and title.

Beach Ball Questions

• Before the party guests arrive, use a marker to write questions on every inch of a beach ball. Think of a good variety of questions, from the simple to the slightly embarrassing. One girl stands away from the group and tosses the ball behind her back. Whomever catches the ball answers the question that a certain part of her hand, such as her thumb, touches. Then, the girl who caught the ball gets to throw it into the group.

Musical Sleeping Bags

• This game is played exactly like musical chairs, except instead of using chairs, use sleeping bags. The girls must walk in a circle around a ring of sleeping bags while music plays. When the music stops, each girl must get into a sleeping bag. The person who is without a bag is out. Remove one bag from the circle and continue until someone wins.

Hide the Timer

• All the girls leave the room while one person hides an egg timer and sets it. Bring the girls back into the room and let them tear the place apart looking for it. Whoever finds the timer before it goes off wins, and is the next person to hide the timer. If the group is unable to find the egg timer before it goes off, the girl who hid the timer is the winner.
