Mani-Pedi
Start with a pedicure. You can do a foot soak with some epsom salt and warm soapy water. Using a scented bubble bath is perfect. There are many different scents from Cucumber Melon to Bubblegum. Let girls soak their feet for 10-15 minutes. After that, they can dry and moisturize their feet and toes. Using different color nail polish (some stores will carry very unusual colors and even sets), let them paint each others' toe nails and nails in different designs.
DIY Spa
There are many DIY spa activities that are quite inexpensive and easy to do. Make homemade lip gloss by combining petroleum jelly and Kool-Aid. Using little tins or jars, girls can mix them themselves. Let them pick what flavor or color they would like. Another activity is a cucumber eye mask. Cut cucumber into circular slices, chill, then place over eyelids. Relax and let the cucumbers refresh your eyes. Playing with makeup can be cheap and fun. By having plenty of baby wipes around, the girls can experiment all they like.
Food and Drink
Since spas are part of healthy living, fresh fruit smoothies are a great food option. By blending together ice, vanilla yogurt, fruit juice, fresh fruit or frozen fruit, it is both easy and healthy. Serve up a vegetable platter and some cheese for a full healthy meal. Another option is not as healthy, but is fun and girly. Frosted cupcakes with sprinkles are great for younger girls.
Games to Play During Girls Spa
Some games to play throughout the spa experience are 20 Questions, Truth or Dare, Charades, Name that Tune and other games that won't mess up nail polish and don't require too much movement.
