Starfall Preschool Games

Starfall offers books, puzzles, stickers, plush stuffed animals and games geared toward preschool and kindergarten-aged children. Their products were designed to help young children learn to read and write, setting them on the right path to a healthy learning lifestyle. Although the majority of Starfall's products fall into the book category, they do offer puzzles and games worth checking out if you have a preschool-aged child at home.
  1. Starfall Speedway and Alphabet Avenue

    • This is two games in one. The best part of the games is they enable you to customize them to meet any particular learning level. Whether the preschool or kindergarten child can already read or is just learning, these games will teach her new skills while she is having fun. Speedway teaches short vowel words on a racing track, while Alphabet Avenue teaches the ABCs.

    Starfall Phonics Puzzle Set

    • This set includes five puzzles, each focusing on a different lesson to teach young children the short vowels. The Appleland puzzle focuses on the short "a" sound, the Elephant Play puzzle focuses on the short "e" sound, the Big Circus puzzle focuses on the short "i" sound, the Octopus Pond puzzle focuses on the short "o" sound and the Junk Yard puzzle teaches toddlers the short "u" sound.

    Starfall Sing-Along with Audio CD

    • Not quite a game but a lot of fun, the Starfall Sing-Along can accommodate many young children at one time. Nursery rhymes, favorite preschool songs and some chants can be found on the CD, with more than 44 songs in all. You can find all the words for each song in a booklet that comes along with the sing along CD.
