If you're caught, it's game over. When she turns her back, click and hold the left button. This will begin your work and start filling up the "bad hair" meter at the top of the screen. Let go of the mouse button when the angel turns towards you. The meter will go down slowly while she works. Fill it up entirely to ruin the hairstyle and move on to another customer.
