Musical Chairs
Musical chairs is an easy game. All you need is music and chairs for all but one child. Play music as the children march around the chairs. Each child will rush to get a chair when the music stops. All but one child should have a chair. The child without a chair is eliminated from the game. Remove a chair each time the music stops.
Two players and one chair will remain in the end. The player who gets the last chair wins.
Pin the Tail on the Donkey
Pin the Tail on the Donkey is an old party favorite. The game comes with everything you need. You'll get a sheet of paper with a donkey on it, a tail and a blindfold. Hang the donkey in a spot that's easy for the children to reach.
Each child gets a chance to pin the tail on the donkey. Blindfold the child, give them the tail and gently spin them around. The child then tries to find the donkey and pin the tail in the best spot.
Bingo
Bingo is a party favorite appropriate for all ages. Children can play numerical or photo Bingo. Both versions follow the same rules.
The cards in numerical Bingo contain numbers. An adult calls out a number, and the children look for a match on their card. Photo Bingo is the same, except the cards contain pictures. The photo version is primarily for young kids who are unfamiliar with numbers. The first child to match an entire row shouts bingo and wins the game.
