Hair styling games can be a lot of fun for girls of all ages. These games can be done online or they can be done in teams or pairs. Races and creative games are always fun, as are virtual games that give you a new ideas as to what can be done with your hair.

Online Games
- Hair styling games online are very common and allow for the player to do many different things. Some of the more highly rated games involve being a hair dressing character who has to do their clients' hair. If the client isn't happy the character doesn't get paid. In other games the object is to do as interesting things with the hair as possible despite what the client has asked for.
  
  For a more realistic game, partake in a program that will allow you to upload a picture of yourself and try out many different hairstyles on yourself. This can just be for entertainment purposes or to help you choose a new hairstyle. The pictures can be printed and taken to a hairstylist to help ensure you get the cut that you want. All of these online hairstyling games are very interactive and can provide hours of entertainment.
Hairstyling Race
- This game will require at least six girls divided into two teams of three. Name one girl as team captain for each team. Then, have the girl's line up, one in front of the other, with the team captain at the back. Tell the girls that they have three or five minutes to complete a specific type of hairstyle such as a pony tail or a French braid. The idea of the game is that each girl is having her hair done by the girl behind her, with the exception of the team captain in the back who will not have her hair done as there will not be anyone behind her. The team who gets all of the hair done as specified and looks the best is the winner.
Creative Team Contest
- Create teams of two girls. Provide all teams with the same hair styling equipment such as hairspray, hair gel, combs, brushes, bobby pins, bows, ribbons, flat irons and curling irons. Give a set amount of time such as 30 minutes for each team to come up with the most creative hair style possible. Encourage teams to create original, intricate hairstyles for the best chance of winning the game. After 30 minutes, judge the hairstyle, with the winning team being the one with the most original, impressive hairstyle.
