Birthday Boy Painting Game
This game is messy but fun, so check with your guest's parents first before playing this game. Play the game outside to reduce the amount of mess and clean up.
Play paint the tail on the donkey instead of pin the tail. You'll need four or five large cups of different colored tempera paints, enough large paint brushes for each color, a poster sized drawing of a donkey and a blindfold.
Section off a large area where you can hang a large drawing of a donkey. If you are doing this game indoors hang several plastic garbage bags behind and around the drawing area to save your walls.
The object of the game is to paint where the donkey's tail should go while the child is blindfolded. Blindfold each child when it's his turn and spin him around four times. Hand him a paint brush and let him go. The boy who gets the tail closest to the donkey's rear end wins a small prize.
Paint a Pokemon
Boys love Pokemon, so play this funny Pokemon painting game at your son's next birthday party or sleepover. Purchase a Pokemon coloring book from the local grocery store or download free online images from Coloring.ws.
Provide one coloring sheet and a set of watercolors for each child. Ask each child which hand they write with before playing the game. Play the game by having each child sit on the hand they write with and paint their coloring page with the opposite hand.
You'll hear plenty of giggles and laughs as the boys try to keep the colors within the lines. Each boy receives a small gift for their efforts.
Comic Book Painting
Give the boys paper, paints and pens and ask them to create a comic book in which they are the superhero. Provide an action packed scenario to the group such as a bank robbery or a chocolate factory heist and ask each boy to create a four page color comic book detailing how they will save the day.
Purchase enough tempera paints in a variety of bold colors so everyone has a chance to create a colorful comic. Give each boy two sheets of heavy tag board paper and ask that they create their four pages on the tag board. Lay the pages out to dry and then assemble using a stapler.
