Hoop Holes
The easiest way to come up with a rabbit game is by providing your bunny with rabbit holes. Hula hoops work well for this purpose. Place the hula hoop on the ground and explain to your bunny that when she is sitting inside of the hoop, she is in the bunny hole. The bunny hole can be a good home base for regular games like tag.
You can lay several hoops on the ground to make more complex games. Remember the game where you couldn't touch the floor because it was lava? Do the same concept with the bunny holes. Each rabbit must hop from hole to hole because the ground around the holes is too hot for bunny feet. The looser is the first bunny to touch the ground and singe their paws.
Try playing musical chairs, but instead of using chairs, use bunny holes. When the music starts have the bunnies hop from hoop to hoop. The bunny who can't find a hole loses. The last bunny standing wins the game.
Encourage your child to make a game of decorating his bunny hole with comfy blankets and pillows. This may be an excellent game to play before naptime.
Carrots
Bunnies notoriously love carrots. Make a game where you hide a stuffed carrot, or a real one, around the house or yard. Have your bunny search to find his missing carrot. This game works with a lot of kids, or just one.
Play a matching game with carrot sticks. Pour a bag of baby carrots on the table and have your bunnies sort them by size. Once the carrots are sorted, let your bunny enjoy a little snack with some dip. This game is particularly good for preschoolers.
