Exploring nature through walks or wagon rides, and gathering items found in nature are great things to do with your toddler.
Fun in the Kitchen
Creating rice crispy treats, or baking and decorating cupcakes are fun ways to cook. Toddlers really love being able to sample the food.
Travel
Sometimes traveling can be fun. You could always play car games like "I Spy," or take along some books to read.
Music
Pop in a CD and move to some music. You could also make your own instruments and enjoy the quality time spent together.
Holidays
Holidays are a good time to find ways to teach your toddler about what you are celebrating. There is always an abundance of holiday specific recipes, arts and crafts, and other activities you normally do in your home around the holidays. Allow your toddler to help out.
Birthday Parties
Birthday parties are an excellent time to play games like "Musical Chairs" or "Pin the Tail on the Donkey." These are some old-time favorites that the kids really enjoy.
