How To Make A Bingo Grid
Find a piece of paper that is at least 6 inches long, and 5 inches wide. Consider a standard 9 1/2 by 11 inch sheet of paper, and then trim it after the bingo card is created.
Draw a horizonal line at the top of the piece of paper. Draw six additional horizontal lines directly below this one. Use a ruler to make sure each horizontal line is 1 inch below the line above it. Each of the horizontal lines should be 5 inches long, and straight. Use the ruler to ensure the lines are drawn straight.
Draw a vertical line connecting all of the horizonal lines at their left hand edge. Draw five more horizontal lines, each parallel to the first line and 1 inch to the right of the previous line. This will produce a grid of 1 inch square boxes that is six rows by five columns.
Write the word BINGO in the top row of the Bingo grid. Place each of one of the the letters, B, I, N, G an O, in the top square of each column in order.
Select five numbers between 1 and 15. Place one of each of these numbers in the column under the letter B on the grid. This will result in your grid having five different numbers in each of the five boxes under the B at the top. Each number must be different.
Choose five numbers between 16 and 30. Place these in the five boxes below the letter I on the grid. Again, these numbers must all be different from each other and will fill in all five boxes below the I with one number each.
Repeat Step 6 for the letters N, G, and O. For the letter N, choose five numbers between 31 and 45. For the letter G, choose five numbers between 46 and 60. Finally, for the letter O, choose five numbers between 61 and 75. This will result in your bingo grid having 25 numbers on the grid, with five numbers in each column.
Create a cardboard backing for this Bingo grid, as an optional step. Measure out a rectangle that is 6 inches high and 5 inches wide on a piece of cardboard, tracing it with a pencil. Cut the cardboard with scissors and glue your paper Bingo grid onto the cardboard.
