Nail Polish Party Games

Circle Game

• Have all the girls sit in a circle at a table and place a basket of nail polish in the middle of it. The birthday girl must take out a bottle of nail polish and spin it. When it stops spinning, the girl who has the nail polish lid pointing toward her must paint one of her nails that color. She selects another color and spins again. The first player to have all her nails painted wins the game. Continue the game until everyone has her nails painted. Another idea is to play the same game doing toenails instead of fingernails or do both in the same game.

Contest

• Organize a nail decorating contest for party guests. Guests can choose to do their own nails or the nails of another partygoer. Give the girls a variety of nail polish, nail art pens, glitter, nail art stickers and rhinestones to use to decorate the nails. Tell the girls to use their imagination to make their own designs. Award prizes for the best, most creative, funniest and funkiest nail designs.

Memory Games

• Make a memory game by using bottle of nail polish, two of each color. Find boxes that fit over the nail polish bottles and place one box over each color. One girl must remove two boxes to see if the colors match. If they do, she keeps the bottles and goes again. If they don't, the play moves to the next player. The player with the most matching bottles of nail polish wins the game. Another idea is to place nail polish bottles on a tray and tell the girls to look at them. Take the tray out of the room, remove one color and bring it back. The first girl to tell you what color's missing wins a prize.

Classic Games

• Put a twist on classic games like ̶0;Hot potato̶1; by playing with a bottle of nail polish. The player holding the nail polish when the music stops is out of the game. The last player remaining wins the bottle of nail polish. Instead of ̶0;Pin the tail on the donkey,̶1; play a game of ̶0;Pin the lid on the nail polish bottle.̶1; Draw a large picture of a nail polish bottle on a poster board and print several nail polish lids. Hang the poster on the wall and write each girl's name on a nail polish lid. Blindfold each girl and have her try to pin the lid on the correct spot on the bottle. Award a prize to the girl who gets closest.
