Instructions
Cut out a 7-by-5.5-inch piece of card stock. This will be your bingo card.
Measure 3/4-inch from the top of the page and draw a horizontal line. Measure down another 1/2-inch and draw a horizontal line. Repeat this pattern until you have six 3/4-inch sections and five 1/2-inch sections alternating the length of the page.
Measure in 1/2-inch at the first 1/2-inch section and from there, measure out a 1/2-inch squared box. Measure over another 1/2-inch and make another 1/2-inch box. Repeat until you have made five boxes in the first section. Repeat with the other four remaining sections.
Cut out the five boxes in each section.
Cut out five pieces of card stock from another sheet. Each card should measure 1.25-by-5.5 inches.
Glue the 1.25-inch sides and one of the 5.5-inch sides of one of the cut outs from Step 5. Line up the glued long side with the top of the bingo card and line up the short sides with the sides of the bingo card. Press the glued card stock strip into the bingo card. You should have an unglued bottom that lines up with the five box cut outs in the first section.
Move down to the next blank 3/4-inch section of the bingo card and glue another 1.25-by-5.5-inch card stock strip as you did in Step 6. Repeat until all five strips have been placed.
Flip the bingo card over. At the top of the card, over the first row of boxes, use a marker to write a "B." Move over to the next row and write "I." Write an "N" over the third row. Move over to the next row and write "G." Write "O" over the last row.
In each of the boxes on the "B" row, write a number between 1 and 15. On the boxes in the "I" row, write a number between 16 and 30. Write a number between 31 and 45 on the first, second, fourth and fifth boxes in the "N" row. On the third box, write "Free." On the boxes in the "G" row, write a number between 46 and 60. Write a number between 61 and 75 on the last row.
Cut out 25 strips of 1/2-by-3/4-inch red transparency paper. Instead of making a perfect square, leave a rounded, half-moon shaped edge on one of the 1/2-inch sides for each strip.
Slip one red strip into each of the numbered boxes and push them up so that the half-moon side hangs below the top of each box. These tabs should slide down into the box for each correct call that you have on your board.
To make additional cards, repeat the same steps, but use different numbers in the 25 boxes for each card.
