How Old?
Gather up several pictures of the person celebrating his rite of passage, using pictures taken from childhood to his current age. Tape the pictures in random order on the walls, making sure to note which age the person is in each picture. Tape a different number to each picture to mark them. Give each player a piece of paper and have them look at all the pictures and write down which age the person is in each picture. Check the papers to see who gave the most correct answers to win the game.
What Have You Learned?
This game works particularly well for graduation parties. Gather up the people celebrating the rite of passage and line them up single-file. Prepare some questions that pertain to things they should have learned by now to be celebrating this rite of passage. You can ask academic questions, or questions pertaining to society such as "How old do you have to be to see a Rated-R movie?" Whoever answers the most questions right wins the game.
How Well Do You Know Me?
Allow the guest of honor to compile a list of questions to ask everyone to determine how well they all know her. Questions can include "What is my birthday?" and "Where did I vacation in the spring of last year?" The guest of honor can also compile the questions into categories so the players can pick which category of question to answer. The person to answer the most questions correctly wins the game.
Year of Birth
Research the person's year of birth to come up with trivia questions to ask the players. Include questions like "Who was the president when so-and-so was born?" and "Who won the Academy Award for Best Actor this year?" Offer multiple choice options for the more difficult questions. Gather the players into two teams. When a question is asked, players raise their hands to answer. The team who answers correctly scores a point. Whichever team has the most points at the end wins.
