Cinderella Memory
Print two pictures each of several princesses, and some of Cinderella. Use pictures of Cinderella from different scenes or with other characters in the movie. Laminate the pictures to make them more durable. Flip the pictures face down and let the girls play a game of memory. If a girl finds a match, she takes another turn. The girl who finds the most pairs wins the game and a prize.
Dress-up Relay
Divide the girls into two teams and have them line up at a starting line. Mark a line about 20 feet away from the starting line. Place two princess or Cinderella dress-up outfits on the line opposite the girls, as well as pairs of high heels, necklaces and tiaras. When you say "Go," the first two girls in each line race to the piles of clothes and put on the outfits. They then race back to the starting line and pass the outfit to the next player who must put it on. The second girl races to the other line and back to the starting line to hand the princess outfit to the next teammate in line. This process continues through all team members. The first team to finish the relay race wins the game.
Princess Memory Tray
Place several princess items, such as a mirror, a hairbrush, glitter, a tiara, a high heel, a silver spoon, lipstick, a wand and a handkerchief on tray. Bring the tray out and tell all the girls to take a good look at the items on it. Take the tray out of the room and give each girl sheet of paper. Give the girls two minutes to write down as many items as they can remember from the tray. The girl who remembers the most items wins a prize.
Evil Step Mother's Freeze
Tell the girls that Cinderella's evil stepmother is controlling the music. Have an adult play songs from the movie "Cinderella" and have the girls dance. Tell them when the "evil stepmother" turns off the music they must immediately freeze. Any girl caught moving before the music turns back on is out of the game. The last player remaining wins the game.
