Handbag Bingo
- Handbag bingo consists of making bingo cards on full-size sheets of paper and 200 or more cut-up small squares of paper, depending on how many guests. There should be 24 blank squares dividing up the sheet of paper. The only square that is not blank is the free square in the center. Each guest should get 1 bingo card and 24 squares of paper. The guests should remove items from their handbag, place one item on each bingo square and write each one item on all the square pieces of paper. The host should gather up all the pieces of paper, place them in a bowl or hat and start calling out the items. When a player's item is called, she can take it off her bingo card. The first person who has an empty row, whether it is across, down, or diagonal, wins the game. If some women do not have 24 items in their purse, they can use coins or credit cards.
Truth or Dare
- True or Dare is one of the classic games that never get old. Many people played this game as children and can play it as adults as well. The game consists of one person coming up with a question and picking a person to ask it to. The recipient must choose truth or dare before hearing the question. If the person chooses truth, they must answer truthfully and if the recipient chooses dare, they must complete the dare. It is best to keep the questions and dares reasonable so participants do not feel uncomfortable. There are affordable board games available that have questions and dares and a board to keep track of points. There are also online sites that have sample questions and dares available.
Trip Tic-Tac-Toe
- Trip Tic-Tac-Toe consists of each guest drawing a Tic-Tac-Toe board on a sheet of paper and writing the name of one place she would like to visit in each square. Each guest will take turns reading off one item on her board and every guest who has that item will cross it off. The first player to complete three items in a row or diagonally, wins the game.
Lightest or Heaviest Purse
- The lightest or heaviest purse requires the host to have a scale. Each woman needs to place her purse on the scale and record the exact amount on a piece of paper. After each woman weighs and records her purse weight, she announces it to the group. The women with the heaviest and lightest purses win the game.
