Tinker Bell Birthday Games

Host a magical fairy birthday for your daughter with a Tinker Bell theme. Many children find the little winged pixie intriguing. Plan several party games for the children to play at the party to keep them busy and entertained throughout the event. Awarding Tinker Bell party favors and prizes, such as stickers, toys, pencils and temporary tattoos, to the winners will have the children lined up and ready to play each game.
  1. Tinker Bell Tag

    • Give each guest a small pouch of glitter and select one player to be "it." That player can put her glitter down until she is no longer "it." If "it" tags a player, she freezes and must stand still until another player comes by to sprinkle "fairy dust" (glitter) on her. Let each player have a turn being "it."

    Tinker Bell Treasure Hunt

    • Hide several colored rocks, small plastic pixie toys and silk flowers (pink, purple and green) around the party area. Place Tinker Bell-themed stickers or decals on the colored rocks for added decoration. Give each player a Tinker Bell-themed party favor bag and have them hunt for the goodies. Each player can keep the prizes she finds to take home as party favors. The player who finds the most items wins a large Tinker Bell doll or plush toy.

    Sifting for Gems

    • Fill a small plastic swimming pool with play sand or cornmeal and toss in several gems. Gems are available at craft and retails stores in a variety of colors, shapes and sizes. Have two children stand on opposite sides of the swimming pool. When you say, "Go," the players must use their hands to dig through the sand. The first player to find three gems wins a small Tinker Bell-themed prize.

    Tinker Bell Relay Race

    • You will need two Tinker Bell dress-up outfits, two pair of dress-up high heels and two plastic wands for this relay race. Tinker Bell dress-up outfits are available online and at many retail stores. Divide the players into two teams and have them line up at a starting line. Place the outfits, shoes and wand in front of each team line. Mark another line about 15 feet away from the start line. When you say, "Race," the first players in each team line must put on the outfits, shoes and grab the wand. They must race to the other line and back. The next teammate in line must do the same thing. The first team to have all their players complete the race wins the game.
