How to Create a Karaoke Slip

If you are throwing a party where karaoke will be the main source of entertainment, you have to provide the guests with karaoke request slips. They are especially recommended if you will bring in an outside DJ who won't know your guests. However request slips will come handy in any case as they will help keep the karaoke going in an organized manner.

Instructions

    • 1

Open a new Microsoft Word or "Pages" document. Go to "Header" and write the message in the header. Put down the name, date and place of the party or anything else you find suitable or interesting. If there is a special occasion for the party, like a birthday or an anniversary, put that in the header.

    • 2

Move two lines under the header. Write "Name of Singer/Group" and then move two lines further down to write "Solo," "Duet" or "Group" in a straight line. The singers write their names here and specify how many people will perform a certain song.

    • 3

Move an additional two lines under the previous line and add sections called "Artist name" and "Song name."
