Walker Races
Divide the party guests into two teams and give each team a walker. When you say "Go," one team member from each team takes off walking with the walker. Set up a line where each team member must turn around and bring the walker back to the next person on the team waiting in line. Don't let the racing guests cheat. The walker must be picked up and placed on all fours each time the racer takes a step. To make this even more interesting, you can use wheelchairs or crutches.
Wardrobe Relay Race
Gather clothes that are typical of what elderly people wear, such as suspenders, elastic pants, house shoes, diapers and bath robes. Divide the guests into two teams, split the teams into two equal groups and place the groups about 20 feet away from each other. When you say "Go," the first person in line must put on all the clothes, run to the other side where a teammate is waiting, take off the clothes and give them to the next person in line. The first team to finish wins.
Pin the Diaper
There are several variations of this game, such as pin the walker and dentures. Purchase a baby doll diaper and draw or print out a picture of an elderly person. Blindfold each person, spin her around three or four times and point her towards the direction of the picture with the baby diaper in their hand. The party guest who places the diaper where it belongs wins.
Old Folks Bingo
Create bingo cards using your computer with different images that represent "old folks," such as diapers, canes, wheelchairs and dentures. Place each picture in a bag, draw a picture from the bag, call it out and have the party guests place a game piece over that picture on their board. The first person to complete a diagonal, horizontal or vertical line wins.
