How to Play a FBI Game With Kids

It can be difficult to choose a party game to play with older children. Try playing an FBI investigation game at your next party. Give your party guests a chance to use their powers of deduction and keen observational skills. No special equipment is needed. The FBI investigation game is best played at a large round table, but any open space will do, with players sitting in a circle. This game is best played with a large group of party-goers. In fact, the larger the group, the more fun the game will be.

Instructions

    • 1

Have the party host arrange the guests in a large circle.

    • 2

All guests should close their eyes, while the party host chooses a "murderer" by tapping one guest on the shoulder. The host then joins the circle and announces, "Open Your Eyes!"

    • 3

The murderer winks one at a time at party guests, now called investigators, beginning with the host, since she already knows who the murderer is. Being winked at means you are dead and, therefore, out of the game.

    • 4

Investigators left alive once the winking begins must observe closely to determine who is winking. Crafty "murderers" can wink at guests without being caught.

    • 5

Investigators can shout out the name of the person they believe is the murderer, but if they are wrong, they are dead and out of the game.

    • 6

The game is over when only one investigator is left alive or one of the investigators has guessed the murderer. The murderer will pick the murderer for the next game.
