Never Say Baby
Each guest gets a diaper pin or a clothes pin when they arrive. They must not say "baby" at any time during the shower or the person who hears them can take their pin. The person with the most pins at the end of the shower wins a prize.
Guess Who
Have each guest bring a photo of themselves as a baby, or have the host collect the photos beforehand if possible. Stick the photos up on a poster board, leaving room for others to guess who each baby is. Encourage guests to chat with each other, then make their guess about each photo. They can write their guess under the photo and initial it, so you know whose guess was whose.
Baby Bottle Relay
Divide the guests into two teams. Have the guests participate in a relay race where they must hold a bottle under their chins and run across the room and back without dropping it. To pass it off to the nest person, they cannot use their hands. If they drop the bottle, they have to find a way to pick it up without using their hands. The first team to complete the relay wins.
Baby Bottle Bowling
Using bottles as bowling pins and set up "lanes" using masking tape. Divide the guests into teams and allow them to bowl using plastic balls. This is a great way to get guests to meet new people and to create some competitive rivalry. Have paper and pencils available to keep score.
The Price is Right
Have a table set up with 10 baby items, ranging in price. Give each guest a card or piece of paper to with the names of the items on it. Have them guess the prices and write them down. The guest who correctly guesses the price of the most items wins.
Dress the Baby
Divide the guests into groups of four or five. Have one member be the "baby," and the other members have to dress the "baby" using only toilet paper. They can create a bonnet, diaper, pacifier and anything else they can come up with. Have the mom-to-be judge, picking the best-dressed baby.
Mother's Instinct
Give one shower guest a baby pin. The mother-to-be can walk around the room and ask guests if they have the pin. Each guest must say, no, I don't have the pin, and try and keep an "innocent baby face." The mother-to-be must use her "motherly" instinct to guess who really has the pin. A variation to this game can allow the guests to pass the pin off to other guests to confuse the mom-to-be.
