Fun Fairy Games for Girls

Fairy games are an exciting way for girls to explore their imaginations and creativity. Whether you are hosting a birthday party or you are just looking for something fun for your daughter and her friends to do, fairy games will keep them entertained. Best of all, you don't have to spend a lot of money to play fun fairy games.
  1. Pin the Star on the Wand

    • Copy a picture from a book of a fairy holding a wand, or print one from the Internet. Have the picture blown up to poster size. Cut out enough stars for each girl to have one, then place a piece of double-sided tape or poster gum on the back. Tape the poster of the fairy to the wall. Blindfold the girls one at a time, spin them around a few times then send them off to try to pin their stars on the fairy's wand. The girl who comes the closest is the winner.

    Fairytale Musical Flowers

    • Cut out flowers from cardboard and paint them in pretty colors. Have enough flowers for each girl, minus one. Lay the flowers on the floor around the room and turn on some music. As the music plays, tell the girls to dance around like pretty fairies. When the music stops, they must hurry to find a flower to sit on. The last one standing without a flower to sit on is out of the game. Remove one flower from the floor after each round until only two flowers remain and one girl is left sitting. She is the winner of the game.

    Kiss the Frog

    • Cut up enough slips of paper so that each girl, minus one, will get a piece. Write "Frog" on one slip of paper and "Animal" on the rest. Fold the papers and put them in a paper bag. Choose one girl to be the princess. Have the rest of the girls stand in a circle around her. Put a blindfold on the princess and give her a chocolate candy kiss to hold. Let each of the other girls draw a slip of paper from the bag. Have the princess say, "With this kiss, the frog becomes a prince." When she says this, the players who drew "Animal" start making various animal noises. The player with the "Frog" slip makes a "ribbit" sound. Have the princess remain blindfolded and give her chocolate kiss to the player she thinks is the frog. If she is correct, the frog keeps the kiss and sits out the next round. Choose a new princess and continue game play for several rounds.
