Truth or Dare
Truth or Dare is a game that has been around for generations, and teenagers today still enjoy it. To play this game, partygoers sit in a circle. A person is selected to start the game. This person asks the person sitting next to him whether he wants to answer a truth question or complete a dare. The questioned individual decides which he'd rather do and responds. If the person decides on a dare, the individual who asked the question thinks of something daring for him to complete, such as jump up and down on one foot for two minutes or wear lipstick for the rest of the game. If truth is decided on, the individual is asked a slightly embarrassing question. The game continues with the person who just performed the dare or told the truth asking the next player, "Truth or dare?"
The Friend Game
This game is played just like the "Newlywed Game," except it is designed for friends. Prior to the party, ask the guest of honor a bunch of questions about herself. Some ideas for questions include: What is your favorite color? What is your favorite class? What is your favorite song? What do you want to do after graduation? At the party, split guests into two teams. Ask the guests the same questions that you asked the celebrated guest to see who knows her the best. The team with the most answers that correctly match the guest of honor's answers wins.
Murderer
In this game, a detective determines who the murderer is. Party guests sit around a table or on the floor. There are individual pieces of paper equal to the number of guests. All pieces of paper are left blank except two. One has "murderer" written on it, and the other has "detective." The folded pieces of paper are randomly distributed to the players. Players have to make sure not to show anyone else their paper. The person who received the piece of paper with "murderer" written on it winks at all the players with the goal of not letting the investigator see. Each player that is winked at by the murderer says "dead." This allows the detective to determine who the murderer is. The game can go rather quickly, as the detective may be the first person that the murderer winks at.
