Funny Game Ideas

Playing games together allows people to loosen up and let their hair down while competing for fun. Games are often humorous and give us great tools for creating lasting memories we all treasure. Funny games are easy to come up with, and there are many to choose from. Pick your favorites and then award goofy prizes for the winners when the games are over.
  1. Coin Toss

    • Before your guests arrive, place some tinfoil pie plates on the floor. Arrange them in a line or in a triangular pattern. Give guests coins to toss into the plates. Have the game players stand behind a line of tape you have placed on the floor. Let them toss their coins across the line into the pie pans. Award points to every player that rings the pie plate. Give more points for ringing the plates that are further away. You may need to keep a notepad and pencil handy to jot down the points.

    Balloon Stuffing

    • For balloon stuffing, you will need four buckets, two filled with balloons blown up and tied. Draw out a starting line and finish line on your floor or in your yard. Place the balloon-filled buckets at the starting line and the empty buckets at the finish line. Have two teams compete against one another. At the start line, a contestant from each team takes turns stuffing the balloons into her clothes and running across the finish line. At the finish line, the contestant will high-five her teammate, who will then stuff all the balloons into his clothes and run back to the start line. This should continue until everyone has had the chance to stuff and run. Balloons have to stay in the clothes. If they fall out, the player has to re-stuff and start back at the finish line. Teams should be evenly divided to make everything fair.

    Bubble Wrap and Roll

    • Choose two players to compete for this game. Wrap each player in bubble wrap, and secure the wrap with duct tape. The bubbles should be facing outward. Do not cover the face or head to ensure player safety. After the players are wrapped up, help them lay on the floor. Ask two more players to come forward. The two players will help the wrapped pair pop their bubbles. Give the teams one minute to pop as many bubbles as they can. The wrapped partner can roll while the other player can pinch the bubbles. When time is up, unwrap the partners, and examine the bubbles. The team that pops the most bubbles wins.
