Ice Breakers
Having a Ball: Each couple holds a small ball between them using their foreheads. The host either plays dance music which gets progressively faster, or calls out instructions to the couples such as "Jump to the lady's left" or "Take two steps to the man's right." The last couple to keep their ball wins.
You Animal!: Give your guests paper and pencils. Ask them to list the first 10 animals that come to mind and number their lists from one to 10. Then read the following 10 questions and have each guest read the name of the animal he wrote for the corresponding number.
1. When you're at home, who are you?
2. When you're completely alone, who are you?
3. When you're in a public place, who are you?
4. When you're naked, who are you?
5. In your opinion, what do other people think you are?
6. After you eat dinner, who are you?
7. When you go out at night, who are you?
8. What's your opinion of yourself?
9. When you're with your friends, who are you?
10. Who are you, really?
Silly Games
Put all of your large kitchen utensils, such as spatulas, ladles, large spoons and spaghetti servers, into a box and let each guest choose one. Then distribute dishes of mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, cooked peas or any food that you think will be challenging to eat with large utensils. The first guest to finish his dish of food is the winner.
Fashionista: Divide your guests into teams of two and give them a supply of newspapers, some straight pins and scissors. Have one team member design an outfit, cut it out and pin it to the other. Award a prize for the best outfit.
Divide your guests by couples or make teams of two, preferably with a man and a woman on each team. Have the men sit in chairs. Blindfold the women and give each of them a can of shaving cream and a plastic spoon. Tell the women to apply shaving cream to the men's faces and "shave" them with the spoons. The best shave wins.
