Instructions
Make the Washer Tosser playing area. One set-up is two hollow, bottomless, rectangular wooden boxes with three holes cut into the top of each, evenly spaced on one half of the top of the box. The holes should be big enough to fit the size washers that you choose to use. Another setup is to put PVC pipe into the ground or mount it on wood. Washers are usually two to three inches in diameter.
Set the boxes two box lengths apart.
Send one member of each team to each box to begin play.
Toss three washers into one box while standing on the other. The person on the opposing team standing on your side goes after you. If they match any of your throws, they cancel each other out.
Score one point for the nearest hole, three for the middle one and five points for the farthest.
Continue playing until one team scores 35 points. You must win by at least two points.
