How to Play Deadlands Reloaded

"Deadlands Reloaded" is a role-playing game in which players can create their own characters and story. You can download a player's guide that shows how to set up the game and create rules for it. You will create your character, then draw cards that determine that character's attributes and hindrances, which are negative traits that will effect how the character reacts in situations.

  Download the PDF guide of "Deadlands Reloaded" to learn about the story and preset characters.

  Choose a character from the preset ones or create your own. Pick items and weapons for your character as well as his backstory.

  Choose The Marshal, as the game master is called in "Deadlands Reloaded." The Marshal is allowed to give players Fate Chips -- which allow combat re-rolls and can be used to heal your character -- and determine the plot development.

  Roll the dice to decide actions taken in game, such as who attacks first or how long until an event happens.
