Things You'll Need
Instructions
Create a female Sim and turn her into a vampire. In order to do this, you must first befriend a vampire yourself. Vampires can often be found at night clubs, dance bars or vampire lounges. Once you see a vampire, chat with him until you're friends, then click on him and "Ask To Be Turned."
Find the Sim you want to be the father of your baby. If you want a 100% chance of your child being a vampire, your husband will have to become a vampire too. This can be done by talking to him until he's your friend, then clicking "Offer To Turn" under the friendly chat interaction.
Pursue the relationship with the future father of your baby. It takes a few Sim days for a Sim to become a full vampire, so use these days to have your Sims fall in love. This can be done by clicking on the Sim and using any of the "Romantic" interactions. You can also get married during this time, though it's not required.
Ask your Sims to "Woohoo" together after they both become vampires. This option can be found under the "Romantic" interaction once your Sims have a high enough relationship. You will have the option to "Woohoo" for fun, or "Woohoo - Try For Baby." Select try for baby.
Listen carefully as your Sims "Woohoo" together. If your female Sim gets pregnant, you will hear lullaby music playing once they finish. If you don't hear this, repeat until you do. On average, you should only have to "Try For Baby" once or twice before your Sim gets pregnant.
Keep your female Sim happy for the next several days. She may experience morning sickness or feeling sore, but that's normal. She will soon announce she's pregnant, and a few days later, she'll go into labor. Once the baby is born, it will be a vampire. Most vampire babies have pale skin and bright red eyes. If they have a teddy bear, they may also try biting its neck.
