Erase your current constitution score on your character sheet, as vampire characters have no constitution score. Re-roll any previous hit points you gained from any earlier character levels with a 12-sided die (D12). Do not add or subtract any points for having a low or high constitution score. For example, if your character is third level, roll 3D12 and add the numbers together to find your current hit point total.
Write the new hit point total in the "Hit Points" section. Write "+6" in the "Natural Armor" section of the "Armor Class" heading. Add the six points of natural armor to your current armor class score and write your new armor class in the "AC Total" section.
Locate the "Attacks" section on your character sheet, beneath the Armor Class heading. Write "Slam" in one of the available attack slots. The slam attack deals 1d6 points of damage if your character is medium sized, such as a human or elf. The attack deals 1d4 damage if your character is small sized, such as a gnome or halfling.
Write "Blood Drain" in the "Special Qualities" field below the "Attacks" section. The blood drain ability allows your character to deal 1d4 points of constitution damage to an enemy by making a standard grapple check.
Move down a line in the "Special Qualities" section and write "Energy Drain." Any enemy hit by your character's slam attack receives two negative levels due to the energy drain ability.
Write "Create Spawn" on the next line in the "Special Qualities" section. This ability causes any enemy killed by your energy drain quality to rise from the dead 1d4 days later as your spawn.
Write "Dominate" on the next line. This ability lets you make a gaze attack requiring an enemy to succeed on a "Will" saving through, or be affected by the "Dominate Person" spell as described in the D&D Player's Handbook.
Add "Children of the Night" on the next line. This ability allows your character to summon a swarm of animals to your aid. The ability is described in the "Vampire" section of the D&D Monster manual.
Write "Damage Reduction 10/silver and magic" on the next line. If you are using D&D 3.0 edition rules, instead write "Damage Reduction 15/+1." Write "Fast Healing 5" in the next line. Write "Resistance cold 10 and electricity 10" in the next line.
Write "Spider Climb" and "Turn Resistance +4" in the next two lines. Find the line of ability scores on the left side of your character sheet. Add six to your strength score, four to your dexterity score, four to your charisma score, two to your intelligence score and two to your wisdom score.
Add "Dodge," "Improved Initiative," "Combat Reflexes" and "Lightning Reflexes" in the "Feats" section of your character sheet.
