How to Make D&D Dice

A good Dungeons and Dragons player will have an arsenal of dice at their disposable. Instead of running out to a hobby shop to spend money on a particular number-sided dice, you can mold your own out of aluminum foil and then customize it in the desired color you want. Instead of using geometrical patterns, follow this guide to shaping your die by eye.

Things You'll Need

Foil
Butter knife
Paint
Paint brush
Marker

Instructions

  Decide how many sides you want for your dice.

  Tear off an 8-inch-long piece of aluminum foil.

  Roll your foil into a tight ball.

  Using the flat edge of a butter knife, shape your foil ball until it has your desired number of faces.

  Paint your dice any desired color and let dry.

  Draw a number corresponding to the number of faces your die has on each side of the die with a marker or paint brush.

  Repeat the previous steps differing the number of die faces for each type of die to create even more dice for Dungeons and Dragons!
