How to Sign Up for Silent Library

"Silent Library" is a popular television game show on MTV. Teams of six compete for cash prizes and are subjected to uncomfortable challenges if they draw a card with a skull. A noise gauge measures the noise made by a team while their team member is being subjected to the challenge. Teams that make too much noise lose the challenge. As of July 2011, MTV is casting for the show's third season.

  Gather a team of six friends. MTV requires that team members "appear to be" between the ages of 18 and 28, so choose youthful friends. While you are not required to already have a team to participate in the game show, you are more likely to be accepted if you have already gathered a team. The show is currently accepting coed teams.

  Compile the birth dates, contact numbers and photos of each team member. Choose photos that present team members as fun and entertaining, but avoid being cheesy.

  Send an email including the team members' information and photos to [email protected]. The subject line of the email should be "Silent Library." MTV will contact teams they are interested in using on the show.
