How to Make Models on a Reflex Model Editor

Reflex is a model editor for simulated airplanes. Users can create customized aircraft to test out in a virtual setting. This allows you to get accustomed to different aircraft styles and physical characteristics, such as weight. In RMK, or Reflex Model Construction, users can change cosmetic features such as color and designs. Once complete, you can test your new model in the flight simulation program to see how it would work in similar conditions.

Instructions

      Load the Reflex Editor and click on the field where you wish to begin. Click "File" and select "New Object" to view a list of objects to use.

      Select a body type to insert into the creation field. Enter the "object-tab" to edit and modify the body of the plan. Change the size and texture of the body as you desire.

      Click on "File" and select "New Object" and insert a circle object. Right-click on the circle in the creation field and select "Rotating Face," with three points.

      Click "File" and select "New Object," go into the "Geometry" folder and select the "Hemisphere" file. In the object's preferences, type changes the scale field to fit it to the cockpit of the plane. Set the color as "Alpha Transparent."

      Click on the body of the plane to create a point. Click "File" and select" New Object." Select a wing file to place at the point on the plane in the creation field. Right-click the wing to add textures and change its size. Repeat this step for the second wing.

      Click "File" and select "Export" to compile the model for use in Reflex.
