Blade 400 Will Not Bind

Proper connectivity between your handheld transmitter and the receiver, which is mounted on the vehicle, is essential to controlled flight. The process of connecting these two devices to each other is called "binding." Once the devices are bound to one another, you can fly among other aircraft without worrying about radio interference. Instructions

    • 1

      Plug the fully charged battery into the receiver. Turn on the helicopter. A small, red LED should start blinking.

      Press and hold the left joystick on the transmitter down (as if it were a button). You should hear it click when pressed. Hold it down and turn on the transmitter. Listen for a loud beeping sound emanating from the transmitter indicating that it has entered bind mode.

      Wait for about one minute while the receiver binds to the transmitter. The red LED will illuminate a solid color when the two are successfully bound to each other. Move the joysticks to test their functionality.
