St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation
The State University of Civil Aviation is Russia's oldest educational establishment that provides training in transport and aviation. The site it is built on is nicknamed "Aviation Town." The school provides training from the preparatory level to the training of certified specialists and boasts two Honored Scientists of the Russian Federation among its teaching staff, as well as many other state honored staff from a variety of disciplines.

Ulyanovsk Higher Civil Aviation School
Founded in 1935, Ulyanovsk School is the largest civil aviation training center in Russia. The school trains pilots, flight attendants and air traffic controllers. It offers degree programs, as well as short- and long-term training sessions. The school has a dedicated aircraft training simulator, as well as its own airfield and operations center. The school also accepts international students.
