Opa-locka Airport
Also known as Opa-locka Executive Airport (OPF), this field sits 10 miles north of downtown Miami along I-95 and 10 minutes from Sun Life Stadium, where the Miami Dolphins and Florida Marlins play. It is owned by Miami-Dade County and operated by the Miami-Dade Aviation Department. The airport is served by several cargo and charter airlines, as well as serving as a launching point for U.S. Coast Guard missions in the area. Designated as a reliever airport for Miami International, Opa-locka Executive Airport charges no landing fees.
