Problems With Task Bar Pop Ups

Unexpected and unexplained popups appearing as a result of an installed taskbar on your computer is nothing unusual, as unscrupulous computer programmers often include spyware applications along with taskbar installations. Eliminating these is possible through a number of different routes.

Uninstallations
- The simplest way of removing the associated popups with a particular task bar is to just uninstall the task bar itself from the programs list on your computer. This is located within the Control Panel in the Programs and Features section of your operating system.
Spyware Scanners
- Using a free spyware scanner can also remove the popup advertisements without the need to remove the taskbar itself. Sample programs which can remove the threat include AdAware and Spybot.
Anti-Virus Programs
- Anti-viral programs can also detect and remove threats producing popups on your computer. Sample programs for these include AVG AntiVirus and Avast Antivirus.
