How to Unlock a Cell Shack Pro-106

The Cell Shack Pro-106 is a handheld radio scanner that enables you to listen in on radio transmissions. The handset features a keypad lock that prevents any accidental input via the buttons, and stops unauthorized changes to the scanner's settings. Unlocking your Cell Shack Pro-106 restores the button's functionality, enabling you to use the scanner as normal. The lock is activated and deactivated by pressing a short key sequence.

     Locate the "Function" (marked "Func") and "Key Light" (marked with a light bulb icon) buttons on the Pro-106 to the right of the five-way, "pushbutton" pad.

     Press the "Function" button.

     Press the "Key Light" button. The keypad lock is canceled. Repeating these steps reactivates the lock.
