Instructions
Twist an edge of the steel-wool pad to form a rod-like shape. Insert the edge into the seam between the base and one side of the turntable. Wedge the edge into the seam until resistance is felt.
Hold the edge immobile with one hand. Place the other hand on the center of the turntable. Rotate the turntable a quarter-turn clockwise, and then a quarter-turn counterclockwise. Repeat this procedure an additional two times.
Moving clockwise, push in the edge of the steel-wool pad at 1-inch increments along the seam. Repeat this entire procedure until you have navigated the circumference of the turntable.
Insert the end of the included plastic tube in the nozzle of the compressed-air can. Insert the free end of the tube into the seam on one side of the turntable. Press the nozzle's button to dispense blasts of compressed air along the length of the seam in a clockwise motion. Repeat this process around the circumference of the turntable. Remove the tube from the seam.
Insert the end of the included tube in the nozzle of the lubricating-spray can. Insert the free end of the tube in the seam on one side of the turntable. Press the button to dispense the lubricating spray along the length of the entire seam in a clockwise motion. Remove the tube from the seam.
Wipe the edges of the turntable -- where it meets the seam -- with a soft cloth. Rotate the turntable clockwise for five full rotations. Rotate the turntable counterclockwise for five full rotations.
