Instructions
Place a sheet of newspaper on a table to protect the surface. Depress the magazine clip latch on the side of the Uzi while pulling out the magazine clip. Place the magazine clip aside.
Place the Uzi on the newspaper with the barrel facing to the right. Remove all of the screws from the handle with the Phillips screwdriver.
Remove the screw next to the right side of the trigger with the Phillips screwdriver. Remove the screws from the back top edge below the hammer and the front top edge below the barrel with the Phillips screwdriver.
Twist the pin flanges at the top back edge in front of the hammer and at the top front edge behind the tip of the barrel with the jaws of the needle-nosed pliers. Insert the tip of the Phillips jeweler's screwdriver into the hole in the side of the Uzi next to the hammer to push the pin out the other side. Pull the pin out from the other side with your fingers. Repeat this procedure with the hole next to the tip of the barrel.
Pull the rear sight on the top of the Uzi towards the hammer until you hear a click. Lift the latch up and off the slide beneath it. Remove the screw from beneath the latch with the Phillips screwdriver.
Pull the cover plate off the Uzi very slowly. Place the cover plate and the now loose slide aside for reassembly later.
Locate the rectangular metal plate inside of the Uzi below the tip of the barrel. Remove the screw from each side of the plate to make the Airsoft-brand weapon fully automatic. Dispose of the rectangular metal plate.
Place the cover plate back onto the Uzi. Place the slide back onto the top. Reattach the screw. Close the slide onto the top of the Uzi and reengage the latch. Reattach the screw on the top of the Uzi. Push the rear sight away from the hammer until it clicks into position.
Reattach all the screws. Place the magazine clip back into the Uzi.
