Using a bald cap is essential for these occasions, and knowing how to apply one saves time and does not require a professional makeup artist. With a bald cap and the correct supplies, you can place a bald cap on your head to accomplish a natural bald look.

Things You'll Need

Nonalcoholic hair gel
Spirit gum
Acetone
Small paintbrush
Foundation

Instructions

  Comb your hair down as flat as possible. Apply nonalcoholic hair gel to your hair to further flatten it before applying the bald cap.

  Stretch the bald cap over your head. Cut the cap to the shape around each of your ears and flatten the cap edges against your skin. Apply spirit gum to the edges of the bald cap to ensure it stays in place.

  Apply acetone to the spirit gum that runs along the edges of the bald cap with a paintbrush. Wait a few moments for the acetone to dissolve the cap̵7;s edge where the glue is located. Pull away the dissolved pieces of glue and cap from the edge until you have pulled away the whole edge of the cap.

  Apply foundation to the cap for a more natural look. Ensure that the foundation matches your natural skin color.
