Instructions
Mix bondo according to manufacturer's directions, fill the PVC plug completely and allow to dry.
Sand off any excess to produce a smooth surface exactly at the open end of the plug. Flip the plug over and tap to release the bondo block.
Draw a guideline on the vertical exactly in the center of the block on all sides. Use a ruler to get an exact measure. Draw identical guidelines on each side of the center guideline, 3/8 inch from from the center guideline.
Measure in 3/4 inch from the smooth end of the block and draw a line entirely around the circumference of the block, crossing all the guidelines. Saw down on this line to the first vertical guideline. Turn the block over and repeat the procedure on the opposite side.
Flip the block onto the smoothed end you sanded and cut vertically down on the opposite guideline until you reach the horizontal cut you just made. Turn it around and cut down vertically until you reach the cut. You will now have a block roughly the shape of a cigarette pack mounted sideways on a circular base.
Use a drill with a 3/4-inch forstner bit to drill a hole through the block abutting both the center guideline and the circular base.
Flip the block up so the semi-circular base is at the top. Drill a small hole, about 5/32-inch wide, down the center guideline into the large hole you've drilled. This will be the air hole.
Flip the block on its side so the semi-circular base is jutting out to your left and is on the side furthest from you. Line up with the large hole you drilled with the forstner bit and drill a 3/16-inch hole that meets the edge of the large hole. This will be the BB exit hole.
Sand the block carefully so that all surfaces and holes are as smooth as possible.
