Things You'll Need
Instructions
Purchase an ear muff-style boat motor flusher. These can be bought for as little as a few dollars and will be used to cover both air intakes on your outboard engine.
Attach a length of hose to the attachment on the motor flusher.
Ensure that the hose is connected securely. When you flush the engine this hose will be attached to a standard water supply.
Purchase a large container of antifreeze for use in winter.
Place the equipment in a box or container so that it is easy to find later. Ideally this should be kept in your boat shed or on the boat itself so that you can use it every time you take to the water.
