Wrap a strip of masking tape loosely around your index finger, just below the knuckle, to create a ring of tape. Slide the ring off your finger and place it on a table.
Cut strips that are 2 inches long and 1 inch wide from the fabric cloth with a scissors. Do this until you have accumulated 10 to 15 strips of fabric.
Hold the ring of tape in one hand and the adhesive spray in the other. Aim the nozzle of the spray can at the ring from about 2 inches away. Spray adhesive on the ring as you rotate it clockwise. Stop spraying when the entire outside of the ring is coated with adhesive.
Place a sheet of newspaper on the table. Place the ring on the newspaper. Spray the inside of the ring with the adhesive spray from about 2 inches away.
Pick up the ring by the edges with one hand. Wrap a strip of fabric around the ring. Press the fabric against the ring so that it sticks to it. Cut off the excess fabric with a scissors., Repeat this entire procedure to cover the ring with fabric.Place the ring back on the newspaper. Let the adhesive set for 3 hours before continuing.
Cut a strip of fabric that is 4 inches long and 1 inch wide with the scissors. Spray one side of the fabric with the adhesive spray from about 2 inches away.
Run an end of the strip of fabric around a side of the ring. Tie a loose knot at the end. Push the knot up against the ring. Cut off one side of the knot. Make irregular cuts in the knot with the scissors to form petal-like flaps. Fluff the knot to form a flower shape.
Cut through the ring opposite the knot end with the scissors. Twist the two cut ends together to form the stem of the flower. Apply a drop of bonding glue to the two ends where they meet to adhere them together.
