Place a bath towel on a table. Stand the ̶0;rabbit ears̶1; indoor antenna on the towel. Separate the two antenna rods attached to the antenna̵7;s base from each other so one is pointing left and the other right.
Grip the nut at the base of one of the antenna rods with a pliers. Twist the pliers counterclockwise to loosen the nut. Unscrew the nut with your fingers. Lift the antenna rod from the base. Snip the wires now exposed at the bottom of the rod with a wire snippers. Place the base aside.
Hold the antenna rod with the bottom facing up. Grip the tab extruding out from the bottom with the pliers. Twist the pliers to break the tab off the rod and dispose of it in the trash.
Pull the button at the other end of the rod out to expand the antenna. Grip the rod attached to the button with the pliers. Twist the pliers to break the rod off from the rest of the telescoping antenna.
Pull the button at the other end of the rod out to expand the antenna. Grip the rod attached to the button with the pliers. Twist the pliers to break the rod off from the rest of the telescoping antenna. Grip the free end of the stick and bend it in. Shake the antenna to cause the stick to fluorescence.
Go into a room and turn off the lights or go outside in your backyard after the sun has set. Pull on the light stick to expand your telescoping lightsaber to its full length. Grip the end of your lightsaber with both hands and move it forward and backwards and left and right to leave a light trail in the air. Collapse the lightsaber when you are done playing with it or when the light stick has lost too much of its fluorescence to leave a trail.
