Lie face down on top of the flat surface with your legs together and toes pointed.
Place your arms at your sides with the palms of your hands facing up and your fingers pointing toward your feet.
Have a friend take a video or photograph of your planking position to document the moment. Send this video or photograph to an online platform like planking.me to be considered for a feature spotlight.
