Place the wooden cork board horizontally on a table. Cut through the inside edges of the cork with a utility knife. Pull the cork out from the board to leave an open frame. Place the fiberglass screen on top of the board. Nail the corners of the screen to the board. Snip off the excess screen with the metal snippers.

Place the basin on the work surface. Pour the contents of the blender into the basin. Stir the mixture inside the basin for 20 seconds with a rubber spatula. Add 2 tsp. of liquid starch to the mixture. Stir the mixture for 30 seconds with the rubber spatula.

    • 4

Place the frame inside the basin so that it is completely submerged. Wiggle the frame from side to side to remove any bubbles from the surface. Lift the frame up so that the bottom is even with the surface of the mixture inside the basin. Hold the frame until you can̵7;t see any dripping coming off from the frame. Raise the frame so that it is no longer in the mixture.

    • 5

Have your helper press a corner of the cheesecloth against a corner of the frame. Hold the frame steady as your helper presses the cloth against the frame to completely cover the mixture on the screen. Run the edge of a ruler against the cheesecloth to remove any bubbles or wrinkles that you see. Insert the frame back into the mixture so that it is completely covered. Pull the frame out. Hold the frame until there is no dripping.

    • 6

Place paper towels on a work surface. Place the frame on the paper towels with the cloth facing up. Blot the surface of the frame with paper towels.

    • 7

Grip a corner of the cloth. Pull the corner up toward you to also pull the paper that is adhered to its underside. Continue to pull the cloth until it all comes free of the screen. If the paper slips off the cloth, replace the cloth on the frame, smooth the surface with the ruler and try pulling it off again. Hold the cloth over the paper towels once it has been removed from the frame until the dripping stops.

    • 8

Coat a cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Place the cloth on the cookie sheet with the paper that has adhered to it facing up. Place the cookie sheet on the kitchen counter where it will not be disturbed. Leave the cookie sheet alone for a day.

Pick at a corner of the cloth with your fingernail until the paper comes loose. Grip the paper̵7;s corner and pull it off the cloth. You can now write on your personalized note paper.
