How to Make Face Paint Like a Tabby

Sponge white paint lightly over the entire face as a base. Sponge in white paint more heavily above the top lip and just under the bottom for the mouth and allow it to dry for a few minutes.

Select the colors of tabby stripes you want and sponge the lightest of the colors around the edge of the face and over the cheekbones and the bridge of the nose. Use a clean sponge to blend the color into the white before the top coat dries.

Paint a three-pronged design in white over the eyebrows and extending up to the hairline. Use a darker color to paint alternating stripes in between with a small paintbrush. Alternate stripes in dark and light paint coming in from the edge of the face toward the center of the cheeks.

Add spiky edges to the white paint over and above the lips to make whiskers. Streak the whiskers with other colors if you wish and then outline them in black. Paint the lips black, with a triangular point leading up toward the nose. Paint the tip of the nose black.

Outline the eyes with black paint and a small brush in a cat eye shape.
