How to Troubleshoot an HZ-4001 Lytequest Pro Atomizer

Send out a haze of fog next time you̵7;re asked to DJ a party. The HZ-4001 Lytequest Pro Atomizer vaporizes a liquid which exits and clings to the ground in much the same way as early morning mist. The effect will make your DJing appear more exciting. Should the atomizer not perform up to your expectations or in a similar fashion as the last time used, troubleshoot common problems, which can be corrected on the spot so that you can again use it effectively.

Things You'll Need

Instructions

    • 1

Unplug the atomizer̵7;s power cord. Run the end of a cotton swab around the inside edges of the misting hole on the side of the atomizer to pull out any small contaminants that are blocking the hole. Roll a sheet of paper towel into a tube. Pinch an end of the tube and moisten it with tap water. Run the moistened end of the tube around the inside edges of the misting hole to remove any large contaminants.

Unscrew the cap from the reservoir on the atomizer. Upend the atomizer over the ground in your backyard to eject any liquid that might still be inside. Place the atomizer right-side-up next to an outlet on the side of the house and plug its power cord in. Pour eight ounces of sediment removing liquid into the reservoir. Screw the cap on and turn the atomizer on. Let the atomizer run for 10 minutes before turning it off and unplugging it from the outlet.

Place the two wooden blocks side by side on the floor. Place the Lytequest Pro Atomizer on the blocks. Pull the blocks out so that each is under one side of the atomizer. Confirm that there is now open space for ventilation beneath the atomizer. Plug the atomizer into an outlet and turn it on.
