Check the plug connection if there is no power being supplied to the tool and ensure that the circuit breaker has not tripped -- if the latter is the case, reset the breaker and turn on the machine.
Replace the fuse if it has blown. A blown fuse means the motor in the unit will be unable to start, and replacing this component should bring the tool back to working order.
Increase the temperature on the temperature dial toward the red section. This will fix the fairly common problem of a lack of heat coming through the Edge Bander. You may also have to replace the hot air gun in order to solve this problem.
Reduce the feed rate or increase the heat level if the edge banding material will not bond
to the workpiece. This is often due to feed rate being too fast for the heat level; either of these steps should solve that issue.
